Graphics consulting and training (HOT-STAMPING)
Our offer will be of interest to all these who use hot-stamping technology in their everyday work, especially to people in such positions as packaging designers, technicians, quality controllers, sales and marketing employees and printing houses managers. Our offer comprises hot-stamping project consulting and hot-stamping trainings.
The scope of the former includes two spheres of activity
The first one is optimization of already running hot-stamping project processes.
In this case our work will focus on validation and optimization of the hot-stamping process that is already being carried out by the client. And all that with the aim of accelerating stamping speed and reducing machine downtime while maintaining the same fixed costs.
The second sphere consists in helping printing houses with launching new hot-stamping projects.
We perform a project completion analysis based on assumptions specified by the client (resources, budget, deadlines, quality).
As a result of such an analysis we might advocate changes (if necessary) to the graphics project so that it is more aligned with the HS technology principles. We will also recommend the application of technical machine parameters and an optimal set consisting of foil, tools and stamping accessories. As freelance specialists in hot-stamping we make sure that our expertise is always up-to-date. Therefore we cooperate with the majority of leading suppliers of materials, tools and machines that keep us informed about all new products in their portfolios. Thanks to this we can offer you professional support.
Trainings in hot-stamping
We offer comprehensive business trainings in hot-stamping technology from a the design stage to the decoration of finished goods. The trainings we propose are both theoretical and practical (at a machine, including case study).
The knowledge obtained at our trainings will enable their participants to carry out hot-stamping processes in the most effective, risk-reducing way that complies with the best practices.
